FiDonce wasn't built in a marketing meeting. It started on a Chester driveway, with one brother coaching another. It's still that work — multiplied.
Eric Evans · Founder & Head Coach
After a standout career at Cheyney University — where he earned All-American honors — Eric Evans came home. Not to coach for a paycheck. To do the work nobody else would.
He took young athletes seriously when nobody else did. Drilled fundamentals until they were instinct. Treated character like a fundamental too. He started with his brother, Tyreke, on driveways and public courts across Chester. The training that produced an NBA Rookie of the Year wasn't lightning in a bottle — it was a system. And the system became FiDonce.
Today, FiDonce serves athletes from third grade through the pros. The names change. The standard doesn't. Every program — Children's Group, Intermediate, Elite, AAU, private — runs on the same foundation: development of the whole person.
Coaching the work · FiDonce, Chester PA
"I began with my brother, Tyreke. I realized guidance, AAU knowledge, and high-intensity character building were the missing pieces for many Chester athletes."
— Coach Eric Evans
We don't sell upside. We don't make promises about scholarships or pro careers. We coach the work — every rep, every session, every conversation. The results follow because the work is real. Most facilities hand you a schedule. We start with a conversation about who you want to become.
